PRIVACY POLICY

This Wasn't On My Bingo Card ("the app") is a party game where friends predict
each other's antics and post photo or video "receipts" when those predictions
come true. This policy explains what the app collects and how it is handled.


WHAT WE COLLECT

  Display name
    The name you type when joining a game. It is visible to the other players
    in that game.

  Photos and videos
    Media you attach as evidence when calling a square. Uploaded only when you
    take or choose it yourself.

  Game content
    Predictions, suggestions, comments, and chat messages you write inside a
    game.

  Anonymous account identifier
    The app creates a random anonymous ID on your device so your games stay
    attached to you. No email address, phone number, password, or real-world
    identity is required. There are no user accounts to sign up for.

  Advertising and diagnostics data
    The app uses Google AdMob to show non-personalized banner ads. The Google
    Mobile Ads SDK may collect IP address (which can indicate general
    location), device or advertising identifiers, ads viewed, interactions
    with ads and the app, crash logs, and performance information. Google may
    use this information to deliver and measure ads, perform analytics, prevent
    fraud, and improve its advertising services.


HOW ADVERTISING CHOICES WORK

The app requests non-personalized ads. Where required, Google's User Messaging
Platform presents privacy choices before ads are requested. Google may process
advertising data under its own privacy policy:

The app does not request access to Apple's tracking permission. We do not sell
personal information. Google may use device or advertising information across
services as described in Google's policy and the choices available on your
device or in a consent message.


WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT DIRECTLY

  - No email address, phone number, password, contacts, or precise location.
  - No access to your photo library beyond the specific items you pick.
  - No first-party behavioral analytics service.
  - No sale of your game content or evidence media.


WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES AND WHO CAN SEE IT

Game data and uploaded media are stored on Supabase, our hosting provider, and
are readable only by the members of the game they belong to. Games are private,
invite-only rooms of up to six players. Game data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Advertising and diagnostics data is processed by Google and its advertising
partners according to Google's policies. Ad content does not receive access to
private game rooms, predictions, chat messages, or evidence media.


RETENTION AND DELETION

Game content stays available so players can revisit finished games. To request
deletion of a game's content, including any photo or video of you, contact us
at the address below and we will remove it. Advertising data retention is
controlled by Google under its privacy policy.


CHILDREN

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect
information from them.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change with it.
